Review Manager

With the Review Manager widget, users can create their own customized dashboards for reviews. Reviews can be displayed in various statuses for each role (owner, reviewer, guest and uploader). This allows users to see only relevant reviews.

Mandatory?

Name

Enter a name.

 

Default Sorting

Specify which criteria are used to sort the reviews in the widget. You can choose from the following:

  • Review Name

  • Review ID

  • Context ID

  • New Version Due Date

  • Due Date

  • Start

  • Last Modification Date

  • Status if review

 

Sort Direction

Specify whether reviews are sorted in ascending or descending order.

 

Owner

You specify the status in which the widget shows reviews if the user is involved as the owner. All statuses activated for a widget are displayed in a dropdown. Available statuses are:

  • Feedback incomplete: Not all reviewers have completed their feedback yet.

  • Feedback complete: All reviewers have completed their feedback.

  • Review in progress- no reviewers: The user has started a review, but has not assigned any reviewers.

  • Waiting for new version: A new version was requested, but has not yet been delivered.

  • Closed Reviews: The review is closed.

 

Reviewer

You specify the status in which the widget shows reviews if the user is involved as a reviewer. All statuses activated for a widget are shown in a dropdown. Available statuses are:

  • My feedback required: The user is a reviewer and has not yet completed the feedback.

  • Feedback incomplete: The user has submitted own feedback, but other reviewers have not completed their feedback.

  • Waiting for new version: A new version was requested, but this has not yet been delivered.

  • Closed Reviews: The review is closed.

You specify the status in which the widget shows reviews if the user is involved as a reviewer. All statuses activated for a widget are shown in a dropdown. Available statuses are:

  • Review in progress: The reviewers process the review.

  • Waiting for new version: A new version was requested, but this has not yet been delivered.

  • Closed Reviews: The review is closed.

 

Uploader

You specify which statuses are displayed in the Reviews widget when the user is involved as an uploader. All statuses enabled for a widget appear in a dropdown menu. Available statuses are:

  • Waiting for feedback: A new version was requested but has not been delivered yet.

  • New Version Due Date: The user is tasked with delivering a new version for review.

  • Closed Reviews: The review is finished.

 

Display: Border Color

Set the border color for the widget. Click the palette icon to open the corresponding dialog. Enter either a hex or RGBA value or choose a color with the color picker.

White (RGBA: 255,255,255,1) or an alpha value of 0 makes the border invisible.
